Cathey and Austin's Wedding

I had the pleasure of photographing Cathey and Austin's wedding... well, it was more of a reception since they actually married in April in Jamaica. It was a beautiful backyard wedding at her parents home in Waynesville. Since they were married in Jamaica, they had a "beach" theme for their decorations and table settings. Their was a chance of rain, so I was hoping for no rain and as soon as we were done with the short vow ceremony and the family photos, we went to the tented area for the reception, immediately it started POURING and LIGHTING! They had a bluegrass band and grilled out... fun times!

Staying Busy...

Well, it's certainly that time of the year when it will be a rarity for me to have time off. Wedding season is here and now with the warm weather, I will have other sessions booked throughout the week as well. I really enjoy all of it and I am blessed to work with my clients, whether they are dogs, babies, kids, families, brides... I love it all! I will post as often as I can so check in when you get a chance : ) I will have a wedding and bridal from this weekend to show soon

Hailey and Jospeh's Engagement

I had so much fun with Hailey and Joseph for their engagement session. We went to Bent Creek where the wedding will be taking place and then to the NC Aboretum and then a quick stop on the parkway. I'm looking forward to the wedding in June : )
